How many decks are there in passenger aircraft?

There are no aircraft with more than two decks, though it is said that A380 could possibly have three decks if the Airbus company so chose. There are some aircraft that have two decks, though - A380 (this is a twin-deck and a twin-aisle bird) & Boeing 747 are prominent among these.  Most passenger aircraft, of course, have only a single deck.
