Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (NAREIT) - NAREIT is
the national trade association for real estate companies. Members
include: real estate investment trusts (REITs) and other businesses which
own, operate and finance income-producing real estate, as well as firms
who provide services to these businesses. In addition to links to many REITs
and other public real estate companies, NAREIT's site provides access to
current and historical performance data including NAREIT's Real-Time
Index of REIT performance.

B. Levy Company, Inc. - John B. Levy & Company, Inc., a real
estate investment banking firm which specializes in the financing of
commercial real estate, produces the monthly Barron's/John B. Levy &
Company National Mortgage Survey which tracks interest rates and terms
for commercial mortgages. The company also publishes, on a quarterly
basis, the Gilberto-Levy Commercial Mortgage Performance Index which
provides investors with the benchmark necessary to monitor the
performance of investments commercial mortgages.

association of real estate professionals involved in institutional real

investors. The universe of properties which comprise the Index and its
