It’s been less than three years since the OpenID initiative first launched, and today more than one-third of a billion identities have been enabled.
That’s thanks to some amazing news: Yahoo has announced that its nearly 250 million users will be able to start using their Yahoo identities as OpenID identities starting on January 30.
